Common questions
Do I need a website?
No. Every plan includes a public storefront, so you run everything from the dashboard and text your customers directly — no separate website to build.
Does BatchDrop take a cut of my sales?
BatchDrop charges a flat monthly subscription. Today your customers pay you directly — Venmo, Zelle, cash — so nothing is taken from the sale. Online card payments are in development and will carry a small per-transaction fee, which we will publish before you can turn them on.
What happens when my trial ends?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and your card is billed automatically for the plan you selected — monthly, through Stripe, in USD — unless you cancel first.
What happens if someone texts STOP?
They stop receiving broadcasts immediately and stay on your customer list so you can still see their history. Consent is tracked per store and per phone number.
