Before you write
These four come up most. If one of them is your problem, the fix is quicker than an email.
A customer did not get a text
Check that they are opted in on your customer list. Customers you import or add by hand start out not opted in, and anyone who has texted STOP no longer gets broadcasts. If it was a broadcast or an offer, check your monthly message allowance too.
You have reached your message limit
The limit only stops broadcasts and offers. Order texts, receipts, fulfilment texts, and inbox replies still go out. The allowance resets each billing period, or you can upgrade for more.
A customer cannot find their receipt
Receipts go by email if you have the customer’s address, otherwise by text, as a link they can open without signing in. You can resend it from your dashboard and choose email or text. If a text cannot be sent, you get the link to pass on yourself.
Your public page went offline
Check your subscription. When a subscription ends, your public page goes offline unless a drop is still open. Your data is kept, and the page comes back when you resubscribe. If a card payment failed instead, everything keeps working while you update the card.
