Customers

Your customer list

Your list probably already exists — in a Google Doc, a spreadsheet, or your phone. BatchDrop takes it as-is and keeps it current.

Included on Basic

Paste a spreadsheet in

Copy rows straight out of Google Sheets, or upload a CSV. BatchDrop reads up to 500 rows at a time.

It guesses your columns

The import preview works out which column is the phone number, which is the name, and which is the address — from a header row if you have one, otherwise from the content itself. You can correct any of it before importing.

Bad rows are flagged, not silently dropped

Invalid phone numbers, duplicates within the file, and people already on your list are all called out before you commit, and the result page lists exactly what was skipped.

Consent visible at a glance

Every customer row shows whether you may text them. Adding someone by hand or importing them marks them pending until they say yes.

A timeline per customer

Open reminders first, then messages, orders, completed follow-ups, and consent changes — newest first, on one page. Each order shows whether it is paid and what it came to.

Orders start from the customer

Every customer page has a link to start a new order for that person, and a box to add a follow-up with a date and a note.

Requests arrive as customers

If you run a service site, a quote request from your page adds the person to your list — not opted in to texts — with a follow-up due that day. Someone already on your list is not added twice.

Questions

Will importing people let me text them?

Not straight away. Imported customers are marked pending, and you can send them a one-tap opt-in request. Only people who agree receive broadcasts.

What if someone is already on my list?

Their blank fields get filled in from the import. Nothing you already have is overwritten.

Can I tag customers or split them into groups?

No. There are no tags, segments, or custom fields, and no export. Import is by paste or CSV, and each customer’s page keeps their full history.

Bring your list over in one paste.
