Everything BatchDrop does

Each part has its own page. Start with drops if you sell in batches, or service sites if you sell your time.

How the parts connect

One path through a sale, from the list you already have to the next time you get in touch.

  1. 1

    Your list

Import or add your customers. The ones who say yes can get your texts.

    Customers

  2. 2

    A drop or an order

Set up a drop for a batch, or write up an order for one customer.

    DropsOrders

  3. 3

    A text

Open the drop and send its announcement with one tap. An offer goes out when you send it.

    SMSOffers

  4. 4

    Mark paid

Customers pay you directly. You mark the order paid in your dashboard.

  5. 5

    Receipt

A numbered receipt goes out by email or text. On Pro and up, an order outside a drop can get an invoice first.

  6. 6

    Follow-up

An invoice due date or a service cycle puts the next contact on your follow-ups.

What BatchDrop doesn’t do

So you can decide before you sign up, not after:

  • Online card payments — in development. For now, customers pay you directly.
  • Booking, appointments, or a calendar.
  • PDF receipts or invoices, or tax calculation.
  • More than one login, or more than one store, per account.
  • Customer tags, segments, or export.
  • Syncing with Square, Shopify, Zapier, or Google Sheets. Import is by paste or CSV.

See it running on your own batch.
